Expert Information. Individuals applying to become Experts may provide additional information including professional experience, certifications, licenses, insurance information, resumes, biographies, profile photographs, references, portfolio information, areas of expertise, and verification documentation.
Session Information. When you participate in consultations through SolvedIt, we may collect information associated with those interactions, including session dates, duration, messages, chat logs, uploaded photographs, screenshots, videos, files, notes, ratings, reviews, and other content shared during consultations.
Payment Information. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. SolvedIt may receive transaction details, payment status information, billing records, refund information, and related information necessary to administer payments and refunds.
SolvedIt does not store complete payment card information on its own servers.
Device and Payment Information. We may automatically collect technical information including IP addresses, browser type, device type, operating system, referral URLs, usage information, pages visited, clickstream data, session activity, and diagnostic information.
