We welcome skilled professionals including tradespeople, handymen/women, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, mechanics, appliance repair specialists, contractors, experienced DIYers, and other knowledgeable professionals. 

Experts are paid for completed consultations conducted through the platform directly to their account. No waiting, no hassle.

Yes. If a customer's issue cannot be resolved remotely, they may choose to schedule an in-person service call with the expert who assisted them. Or choose from one of our preferred vendors.

Yes. Experts choose when they are available and when they are not. No travel needed. You can give help from anywhere and any time that is convenient.

There is no cost to becoming an expert or remaining on on the platform.

Yes. SolvedIt monitors customer feedback and overall performance to ensure a high-quality experience for everyone. Experts are expected to maintain strong customer ratings and professional standards. Experts whose ratings consistently fall below platform requirements may be reviewed and may be required to complete additional training, improve performance, or, in some cases, be removed from the platform.
